Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Capital Investment. This role supports the company's investment decisions, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives by providing clear financial analysis and insights to management. The position ensures that all investments are reviewed in a structured, transparent, and policy-compliant manner, while also supporting financial planning and long-term business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze investment proposals and identify key financial risks
- Ensure all investment submissions comply with company policies
- Support decisions on how capital is allocated across the business
- Review return targets and cost of capital
- Support strategic initiatives such as M&A and capital raising
- Prepare investment committee materials and support live transactions
- Contribute to 5-year financial planning and consolidated business plans
- Maintain and support corporate financial models
Experience and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, investments, or capital management
- 2+ years in a managerial role
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
- Experience in capital-intensive industries and MENA markets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/Business (MBA/CFA preferred)
