Job Purpose:
To build best-in-class customer value propositions with a focus on affluent and super affluent customer segments. Ability to analyze value proposition economics and determine the right loyalty currencies including working with partners to build redemption capabilities.
Principal Accountabilities:
Product Strategy & Development
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify product gaps and opportunities.
Drive product development by hands-on ownership from card art, collaterals and marketing assets, pricing, system functionality to digital onboarding
Understanding of network (scheme) value propositions and ability to amplify the benefits in alignment with the target customer segment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology) to ensure seamless product delivery
Project Management
Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution and budget adherence.
Prepare business cases, product papers, and approval documentation for internal governance forums.
Customer-Centric Innovation
Integrate customer feedback and usage analytics to refine product features and improve user experience.
Champion digital-first product enhancements aligned with the bank's transformation agenda.
Regulatory & Risk Alignment
Ensure all products comply with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal risk frameworks.
Liaise with Legal and Compliance to manage product-related risks and documentation.
Performance Monitoring
Track product performance metrics (e.g., uptake, profitability, NPS) and recommend optimization strategies.
Support sales and distribution teams with product training and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 57 years in credit card product development, preferably within a UAE-based bank.
Credit card value propositions and its components
Project management, stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and commercial acumen.
