About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Manager - Cash Point Operations to lead and enhance cash management processes across a diverse portfolio of entertainment and leisure destinations.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of revenue operations, maintaining robust financial controls, and driving operational excellence across multiple locations. You will oversee day-to-day cash operations, lead a high-performing team, and work closely with Finance, Treasury, Operations, IT and external partners to ensure seamless transaction management and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all cash point operations across multiple sites, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and adherence to established financial controls.
• Managing cash handling activities, including cash collection, storage, deposits and cash movement processes.
• Overseeing the reconciliation of cash, card and digital payment transactions, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen controls, reduce operational risk and enhance overall cash management practices.
• Managing relationships with payment providers, banking partners and internal stakeholders to maintain effective transaction processing and reporting.
• Reviewing revenue, reconciliation and operational reporting to ensure data accuracy and support informed business decision-making.
• Supporting audit requirements through strong governance, documentation and compliance practices.
• Leading, coaching and developing a team, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business continuity and ensure smooth operation of payment systems and revenue processes.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a finance or cash operations professional with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of managing high-volume transactional environments.

You will bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 6 to 8 years of experience within cash operations, finance, revenue control or a similar function, including experience leading teams.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, cash management procedures, reconciliation practices and audit requirements.
• Experience working with point-of-sale platforms, payment systems and cash management technologies.
• Working knowledge of card payment processing, digital transactions and treasury-related processes.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to analyse financial information and generate meaningful business insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work across multiple business functions.
• A proactive approach to identifying risks, improving processes and delivering sustainable operational efficiencies.
• High levels of integrity, attention to detail and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
