Manager Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA)

We are seeking a Manager Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) to oversee the design and construction of civil, structural, and architectural works for data centre projects. The role ensures safety, quality, functionality, and regulatory compliance, while coordinating engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders for efficient project delivery. It also supports conceptual interior and architectural design.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Oversee conceptual architectural and interior design.
• Manage space planning and technical design details.
• Ensure designs meet functional and end-user requirements.
• Review architectural drawings, 3D models, and material specifications.
• Identify and resolve design issues and required changes.
• Coordinate design and scope changes before construction.
• Collaborate with Technical Advisors on drawings and material submissions.
• Ensure technical reviews are completed within agreed timelines.
• Oversee installation of architectural and interior features.
• Monitor external facades and overall aesthetic requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and progress.
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and inspection documents.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and complete.
• Guide and mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in design, construction, and fit-out works.
• Strong expertise in architectural design and relevant software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder, and client management skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with proficiency in English and willingness to travel.
• Focus on customer service, innovation, and emerging technologies.
