Join Our Team: Manager Contract Management at EtihadWE
We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager Contract Management. In this key role, you will lead the overall activities of all contracts i.e., end to end contract management including contract creation, evaluate the variation order, contract administration, contract renewal and contract, contract performance, contract claims and contract closure. Coordinate with end users, legal and finance as required to handle any contract related claims, variation, or termination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract life cycles from inception to completion, ensuring all terms and conditions are adhered to and collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and finance to address contract-related issues.
- Oversee the preparation of contracts, as per approved award criteria and Etihad WE standards, and seek assistance from Legal and other stakeholders when necessary
- Prepare and submit regular reports on contract status to senior management.
- Monitor contract performance and manage renewals or terminations as needed
- Analyse and identify potential risks in contract terms and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Oversee and ensure that accurate records of contracts and related documentation are maintained
- Lead and mentor a team of contract management professionals, providing guidance, support
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures in all contracting activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the contract management process, including supply chain disruptions and financial exposure.
- Ensure implementation and achievement of contract management process performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) preferred.
- 8-12 years experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
