KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Study local community satisfaction about RTA CSR activities and put the correction actions in coordination
with the other RTA departments.
# Develop and implement appropriate marketing functions by setting goals and key initiatives to achieve these
goals based on current and expected performance within specifications.
# Maintain ISO 26000 standards and SA8000 System through internal and external audit , awareness , follow
up with the concerned employees and executing the communication plan related
# Manage the volunteers activity on RTA through creating a system to enhance the awareness level about
volunteers culture.
# Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budget, expenditures, research and
development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections as required in liaison with
other key departments.
# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
# Oversee CSR strategy and implementation in RTA to boost the public image and promote RTA's brand
internally & externally in order to help increasing community outreach and volunteerism.
# Identify, develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment
objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors
# Develop, monitor implementation the annual MCC budget and forecast and Operational Plan, evaluate and
recommend specific adjustments during implementation.
# Create a mechanism for RTA's CSR activates and compare it with best practices.
# Analyze statistical data and reports to identify causes of marketing problems and develop recommendations
for improvement when required.
# Represent RTA in external CSR initiatives and programs, build and manage relationships with external parties,
consultants, external stakeholders.
# Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning Marketing-related data as required.
# Develop web strategy to enhance RTA website, Social Media Networks, manage the design and follow up
content, look of website.
# Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, packaging etc. when
required.
# Promote awareness and understand of Corporate Identity & Social Responsibility to all RTA parties.
# Engage RTA with local communities including colleges, major corporations, governmental agencies as well as
non-profit, philanthropic, public policy and community affairs groups.
# Oversee and ensure the implementation of RTA marketing functions and related activities including the
marketing research, planning, marketing campaigns and the corporate identity.

# Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration /Marketing form a recognized university
