JOB TITLE
Creative Design Manager | Retail | Head Office - Egypt

ROLE SUMMARY
The Creative Design Manager is responsible for managing creative components for the assigned country from design, production to execution. The role holder is responsible for developing in-store toolkits, conducting store audits, and ensuing marketing calendar implementation.

ROLE PROFILE

• Collaborate With The Corporate Head Office And Internal Stakeholders To Design And Execute Concepts, Guidelines In Various Creative Projects And Oversee Execution
• Ensure That The Designs Deliver A Consistent Look And Feel And Are In Line With The Set Brand Guidelines
• Roll Out Projects And Campaigns As Per The Marketing Calendar
• Conduct Regular Store Audits To Ensure That Branding Guidelines Are In Place
• Provide Feedback In A Timely Manner And Ensure That Adjustments Take Place
• Ensure Quality Of Produced Assets & Monitor In Store Production
• Assist With The Implementation Of The Performance Management Process By Setting Objectives, Monitoring Performance, And Provide Constructive Feedback And Provide Inputs To Senior Management
• Provide Mentorship For The Purpose Of Developing A Continuous Talent Pipeline For Key Roles

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor'S Degree In Marketing ,Relevant, Fine Arts
• 8+ Years In A Similar Position
• 5+ Years Of Experience Working Within The Retail Industry
• Project Management
• Solid Background In Adobe Package
