Job Purpose:
This Job focuses on handling the Lombard financing product development, projects and processes for Private and Priority Banking Customers. This role will support the Senior Manager Credit and Structuring.
Tasks:
- Lead the enhancement and maintenance of the Financing products related to PB / PRB customers (Financing against marketable securities, Ijarah etc.)
- Review and update product documentation, workflows and process notes.
- Co-ordinate with all stakeholders for product enhancements and required approvals for rollout.
- Handle any product related issues and requirements.
- Manage and deliver key transformation initiatives.
- Liaise with technology teams, project managers and other stakeholders to drive projects to completion.
- Prepare / review BRD documentation to track milestones through project implementation.
- Monitor post implementation impacts and coordinate resolution of issues.
- Review and optimize existing Credit and Structuring processes to enhance efficiency, control and customer experience.
- Map end to end credit processes and identify automation or digitization opportunities.
- Maintain up to date SOPs to ensure adherence across team members.
- Support in risk identification, testing, and closure of audit findings.
- Ensure accurate and timely FTV monitoring.
- Over-see system-based monitoring and initiatives to enhance the same.
- Support front-line in all FTV-related requests.
- Maintain consolidated dashboards and periodic reporting for management and committees (such as CMF).
Required Skills/Experience
- Bachelors Degree or Post-Graduate or Professional Certification
- Relevant experience in related/similar job in UAE in banking industry
- Banking products and services primary related to credit and financing / Banking operations and regulatory policies
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
