JOB TITLE

Manager Customer Lifecycle and Automation | Majid Al Futtaim | SHARE Rewards Programme

Role Purpose

The Manager Customer Lifecycle and Automation is responsible for driving the growth and development of the award-winning SHARE Rewards Programme. This role focuses on creating and executing customer lifecycle strategies that enhance customer lifetime value, engagement, and satisfaction. The individual will lead efforts to plan, prioritize, and deploy automated interventions to acquire, activate, stretch, and retain members, leveraging data insights and working closely with the Business Intelligence team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engagement and lifecycle strategies with the right products, features, and services to achieve SHARE business goals.
  • Utilize robust data and insights to optimize campaigns and lifecycle strategies.
  • Translate Product Marketing briefs into automated execution plans based on data, trends, and insights.
  • Shift from a channel-centric to customer-centric operating model, focusing on end-to-end digital customer lifecycle management to improve satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  • Foster long-lasting relationships, reduce churn, and improve retention through personalized, data-driven approaches that create memorable customer experiences.
  • Enhance member data collection, enrich first-party data, and drive improvements in marketing data verification and usage.
  • Develop campaign measurement KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of executions and communications.
  • Collaborate with agencies and contractors to create impactful content tailored to target audiences and communication types.
  • Conduct regular testing to improve automated marketing effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Analyze data from various marketing campaigns (email, push, app, SMS, etc.) to generate insights and optimize performance.
  • Translate analytics into actionable recommendations and strong reporting.
  • Manage the lifecycle team and automation platforms, ensuring platform knowledge, process efficiency, and upskilling of team members and agencies.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of customer lifecycle management from strategy to execution.
  • Experience in email automation processes and use cases.
  • Proficiency in audience segmentation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including Apple Privacy Policy impacts, drag-and-drop tools, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to effectively brief copy and creative teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal colleagues and external teams.
  • Analytical mindset driven by data metrics.
