Job Description – Manager/AD– Digitization & Automation (KSA)

Reporting To- Director / Senior Director – Oracle Technology & Cloud (KSA)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Manager – Digitization & Automation to drive the delivery and growth of digital transformation, process automation, and enterprise modernization engagements across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role combines project delivery leadership, presales and solutioning support, and on-the-ground client and stakeholder management, helping scale Uniqus Tech Consulting footprint in the KSA market.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in digitization, intelligent automation, workflow and low-code/no-code platforms, process mining, and finance/operations transformation, with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver measurable business outcomes. Experience with Oracle technologies (Fusion, EPM, EBS, or OCI) is a strong plus, given our growing Oracle alliance and pipeline in the region. KSA market experience is essential, and this role is open to Arabic speakers only — Saudi nationals are preferred, with candidates of other Arabic nationalities also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digitization, automation, and enterprise modernization engagements across public and private sector clients in KSA.
- Design and implement solutions across intelligent automation (RPA), workflow and low-code/no-code platforms, process mining, and digitization of finance, procurement, and operational processes.
- Drive Oracle-enabled transformation initiatives (Oracle Fusion, EPM/FCCS, EBS, OCI) in collaboration with the Oracle practice and alliance partners, where applicable.
- Ensure delivery governance, project quality, risk management, compliance, and customer satisfaction across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Manage cross-functional and multi-geography delivery teams, balancing on-ground KSA presence with offshore delivery from India.
Sales & Presales Support
- Support Oracle and Digitization & Automation presales engagements across KSA, including discovery workshops, solutioning, and effort estimation.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, commercial estimates, and client presentations.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support pipeline development for the KSA market.
- Work closely with Oracle and ecosystem alliance partners (e.g., Ejada) and internal leadership to shape winning transformation proposals.
Practice & Team Management
- Build and develop digitization and automation delivery capabilities within the KSA practice.
- Mentor and lead consulting team members across delivery, solutioning, and client engagement.
- Contribute to competency development, accelerators, certifications, and reusable assets.
- Support innovation initiatives in automation, Data & AI, and enterprise modernization.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on digitization, automation, and process transformation.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with KSA government entities, large enterprises, and partner teams.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, smooth project execution, and long-term account growth.
Required Experience & Skills
- 7–12 years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on digitization, process automation, and enterprise transformation.
- Strong expertise in one or more of:
- Intelligent / Robotic Process Automation (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
- Workflow and low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, PowerApps, ServiceNow)
- Process mining and process optimization
- Digitization of finance, procurement, and operational processes
- Oracle technology experience is a strong plus — Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM/FCCS, Oracle E-Business Suite, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Proven experience delivering technology and transformation projects in KSA / the Middle East.
- Experience in presales, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal/RFP support.
- Experience leading consulting teams and managing stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of governance, security, privacy, and controls in technology adoption.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in automation/low-code platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, OutSystems, ServiceNow) are desirable.
- Oracle Cloud / Fusion / EPM certifications are an added advantage.
- Project management certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
Nationality & Language
- Arabic speakers only — fluency in Arabic is mandatory for this role.
- Saudi nationals strongly preferred (in line with Saudization requirements); candidates of other Arabic nationalities are also welcome.
- Professional fluency in English is also required.
