About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Manager to join one of the outlets of Jumeirah Mina Al Salam

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Manage and program BMS systems to ensure accurate operation of temperature, lighting, and building facilities.
• Plan and coordinate BMS upgrades, reprogramming, and hardware/software installations to improve efficiency and achieve energy savings.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems through effective BMS management.
• Monitor BMS performance, data, and system values, identifying opportunities for operational and cost-efficiency improvements.
• Ensure proper maintenance, functionality, and compliance of BMS systems with operational standards.
• Ensure adherence to HSE procedures, departmental policies, and Jumeirah standards, providing guidance to the team and maintaining consistent service quality.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant field, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technical skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and project management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
