Manager - Escrow Products

Organization Unit Purpose:

The Transaction Banking Services (TBS) unit delivers comprehensive digital and traditional transaction banking solutions across Cash Management, Escrow, Payments, and Trade Finance to corporate, government, and institutional clients. The unit supports clients in safeguarding funds, optimizing liquidity, managing collections, and improving transactional efficiency through compliant, technology-driven platforms. TBS provides integrated, regulator-aligned escrow and payments ecosystems that enhance transparency, mitigate operational risk, and enable seamless customer journeys. By working closely with sales, operations, compliance, and technology teams, the unit ensures secure product design, strong governance, and continuous innovation while driving revenue growth, customer trust, and market leadership within the UAE transaction banking landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the escrow product roadmap, digital transformation, and commercialization initiatives.
• Drive compliance, governance, and regulatory alignment across escrow and transaction banking platforms.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, backlog prioritization, MVP delivery, and time-to-market execution.
• Define customer journeys, UX standards, and operational frameworks across escrow and collections solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities, drive product profitability (PNL), and strengthen fintech and partner integrations.

Experience & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or Technology.
• Minimum 7+ years of transaction banking experience, with strong exposure to Escrow, Cash Management, and Channels.
• Proven product management and digital delivery experience within banking platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, regulatory coordination, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Experience working with fintech partners, vendors, and agile delivery models is an advantage.
