Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Lead to oversee and audit on-site execution across mechanical, civil, and electrical disciplines. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive audits of on-site activities to ensure alignment with drawings, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
- Validate construction progress and report deviations or risks to project stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute specialized discipline audits across mechanical, civil, and electrical works.
- Manage the site QA/QC team, where applicable, ensuring effective implementation of quality assurance processes.
- Act as a Project Management Consultant (PMC) representative or Owner's Rep, contributing to the PMC-side QA/QC efforts and project oversight.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in QA/QC roles within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering standards and practices.
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and stakeholder communication.
