Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement export strategies aligned with the company's goals
- Identify new international market opportunities and business prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, agents, and distributors
- Oversee all logistics, shipping, and supply chain processes related to export operations
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws
- Monitor market trends and prepare regular performance and market analysis reports
- Represent the company in international exhibitions and trade events
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in export management, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, and trade regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and market analysis capabilities
