Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Manager - Facilities Management at The View at the Palm. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of The View. The role ensures that all building systems and services operate efficiently, comply with health and safety standards, and deliver a high-quality experience for guests and tenants.

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee all facility-related operations, including hard and soft services, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Manage service providers and ensure they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all building systems, including MEP, HVAC, BMS, and elevators.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Security, Operations, and Guest Services to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and present reports on asset performance, maintenance activities, and service quality for management review.
• Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of facility services.
• Support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives within The View.
• Respond to emergencies and handle escalations quickly to minimise operational disruptions.
• Extensive knowledge in CAFM implementation and utilisation
• Ability to manage different stakeholders, service providers, and customer requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor's in mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering

Experience: 7+ years of experience in facility management or similar operational fields

Skills:

• Strong understanding of MEP, HVAC, BMS, and general building operations.
• Familiarity with facility management software and reporting tools. Knowledge of local safety codes and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
