Job Description

  • Lead Finance function for the Engine Assembly Plant and partner with the Plant Manager
  • Scenario analysis, efficiency studies, cost control and planning
  • Ensure Plant financial accuracy, statutory and internal control compliance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
  • Monthly/Periodical timely reporting for regional consolidation
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
  • Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends, identifying risks and opportunities to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Partner with senior management and manufacturing department heads to develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Operations, and Sales, to support strategic initiatives, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess business performance.
  • Identify and evaluate potential financial risks and opportunities
  • Professional degree in Finance - CA, CMA, MBA or equivalent
  • Experience in financial analysis and reporting
  • Financial compliance and robustness
  • Budget control and internal control
  • Driving operational efficiencies; finance alignment on business decisions
  • Meet the accounting and statutory standards requirements
  • Single Point of Contact for all finance matters relating to the Plant
  • Team coordination and team development
  • Partnering with the operations
