Manager - Finance Projects

We are looking for a high-impact Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-sector economic initiatives aligned to Dubai's Economic Development agenda translating strategy into executable, high-impact projects.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Strategy translation
• Investment & financial modelling
• Cross-sector project delivery
• Public-private stakeholder alignment

If you have 69 years of experience in consulting, investment, or strategic project delivery, with strong financial modelling and stakeholder management proven capabilities. this could be your next platform role. Strong financial modelling + stakeholder management skills is required.

You'll:

• Turn economic strategy into executable roadmaps
• Build business cases & financial models
• Engage with senior government and private sector stakeholders
• Drive measurable economic impact
