Job Description
Manage the Fraud Management (FM) policy/control framework to assure the continuous detection, prevention and mitigation of fraudulent activities associated with different products, services, subscribers, partners, etc._x000D__x000D_Work together with other departments to mitigate the fraud risk across Etisalat.
Responsibilities
Manage the Fraud Management (FM) policy framework:
- Responsible to ensure an enterprise-wide Fraud Management policy framework and operational capabilities to monitor, detect, mitigate and stop fraud across Etisalat.
- Manage FM control framework, including:
- Monitoring rules
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Keep up-to-date on commercial propositions and enhancements in technical capabilities, in order to identify potential fraud risk areas
- Work collaboratively with other departments to effectively communicate and discuss fraud risk/ cases and define recommendations.
- Present dashboards and other reports to communicate expectations and progress to management.
- Maintain current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.
- Sponsoring of FM systems and tools projects, including innovative projects, such as Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.
- Support ad-hoc requests, reports, and projects from other departments/ stakeholders
- Drive efficiency and maturity enhancement of FM controls, people and processes
- Communicate well and manage relationships with external parties, such as the Telecom Regulator and law enforcement authorities.
- Identify optimization areas across Etisalat where there can be revenue opportunity or cost enhancements; and provide recommendations on how to obtain the optimization's benefits.

Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree

Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science
Experience Required
5-6 years in Telecom
Experience Desired
10+ years in experience/managing Fraud Management
