About the Role

• Assist in providing accounting advisory services to clients across various industries
• Support the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with IFRS Accounting Standards
• Conduct technical accounting research and analysis on complex accounting topics
• Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions to clients or internal teams
• Collaborate with other teams to manage and deliver projects and client engagements
• Participate in technical accounting discussions and stay updated on changes in global accounting standards
• Support clients in IFRS conversion and adoption processes, ensuring alignment with local regulations
• Draft detailed reports and presentations for clients summarising findings and recommendations
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in accounting matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 4-8 years of experience in an accounting advisory role
• Strong understanding of IFRS Accounting Standards and financial reporting requirements
• Experience with preparing financial statements in IFRS Accounting Standards framework
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with accounting software is beneficial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
• International accounting qualification is required: CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is a must.
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
