Hiring for Our Client: Senior Manager IT Technical (E-Invoicing & Integration Solutions)
We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Senior Manager IT Technical to lead the technical delivery and support function for E-Invoicing Solutions, OpenPeppol integrations, and UAE FTA-compliant tax technologies.
This role will suit a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in E-Invoicing, TaxTech, and API integration, and proven experience managing technical teams within enterprise or regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical management of E-Invoicing and Peppol integration solutions.
- Oversee solution architecture, deployment, and technical support, ensuring compliance with UAE FTA and Peppol standards.
- Manage a cross-functional team of API Integration Engineers, Business Analysts, and Technical Support Specialists.
- Drive API integration initiatives with ERP, accounting, and third-party systems, ensuring scalability and security.
- Partner with Business Analysts and Sales teams to support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and client demonstrations.
- Act as a technical liaison between internal teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Stay current with e-invoicing regulations and integration technologies to maintain best practices in delivery and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT solution delivery or technical management.
- Expertise in E-Invoicing, TaxTech, or ERP-related integrations.
- Proficiency with API frameworks (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Hands-on experience with Peppol and UAE FTA frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) and secure API management tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Peppol or FTA E-Invoicing Certification (advantage)
- PMP / PRINCE2 (preferred)
- API Integration or Cloud Platform Certifications (Azure / AWS / MuleSoft, etc.)
