We are looking for an accomplished Enterprise Architecture & Security Planning Architect to drive the strategic evolution of our technology infrastructure. This role focuses on developing long-term digital roadmaps and ensuring the security and scalability of our IT landscape, requiring a visionary leader who can act as a trusted digital advisor. You will be responsible for transforming business requirements into high-performance technical solutions while mitigating risks and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
Job Purpose:
The Enterprise Architecture & Security Planning is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that align the organization's technology infrastructure with its long-term business goals. This role focuses on anticipating future needs, mitigating risks, and ensuring the IT landscape is scalable, secure, and adaptable to change.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive enterprise architecture and security roadmap that outlines future technology investments, upgrades, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify pain points, and define long-term objectives.
• Analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and potential disruptions to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct regular reviews of the IT landscape to ensure alignment with the strategic plan and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and assess potential risks to the organization's technology infrastructure, data, and operations.
• Develop risk mitigation plans, including incident response procedures and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with the security team to implement security measures and controls to protect against cyber threats.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support strategic initiatives.
• Forecast future technology needs and plan for capacity expansion
• Monitor spending against the budget and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement the plan and track progress.
• Provide regular updates to executives on the status of the plan and any risks or challenges.
• Adapting to TOGAF standards for enterprise solution aspects.
• Ensuring the security measure for the final go-live approval.
• Ensuring the pre-post cost optimization across the various fields.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Science in Communication & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture planning, IT strategic planning, or both.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ISO27001/27002, Devops) are a plus.
• Mandatory certification (AWS architect, Azure Architect).
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, security technologies, and planning methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
