Role Summary:

Responsible for and oversee a diverse range of projects collaborating with external design professionals andclientele in the realization of high-quality public realm 7 Master Planning projects across our portfolio. Withthe main purpose of providing landscape and public realm design expertise, at a strategic and project-basedlevel for our developments focusing upon master planned communities.

Role Profile:

• Prioritize Place Making Project Work Under The Remit Of Landscape Architecture Within The PublicRealm.
• Provide Design Excellence And Project Management To Complex Multi-Disciplinary Projects.
• Supervise Consultants In The Delivery Of Projects Including Delegation Of Tasks, Reviewing All Work AndActive Mentoring.
• Display Expertise In Landscape Architecture Design, Project Inception And Supervision OfDocumentation To Completion Of Construction And Post Hand Over Management.
• Assist Directors And Project Staff In Implementing And Managing Protocols And Systems, As Well AsManage Client Relationships Both Internally And Externally.
• Demonstrate Proficiency In The Various Computer-Based Programs Including Cadd, Indesign,Photoshop And Illustrator, Sketch-Up.
• Demonstrate High Levels Of Awareness Of Contractual Responsibilities And Knowledge Building AndPlanning Regulations.
• Confidently Present In A Variety Of Formal And Informal Settings.

Requirements:

• Graduate Degree In Landscape Architecture, And/Or Built Environment Discipline (I.E: Urban DesignWith Horticultural Expertise)
• Master'S Degree In A Built Environment Design Discipline (Landscape Architecture Or Urban Design) Is A Plus
• Minimum 8 Years Of Experience, With At Least 2 Years In The Middle East
• Ability To Take A Project From Concept, To Detailed Design And Through The Construction Stage (SiteSupervision) And Contract Administration
• Demonstrate Client Experience In Delivering Typical Urban Design Related Work
• Bility To Utilize Computer And Sketch Media (Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite Etc) To EffectivelyCommunicate Design Intent To Project Teams
