About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a LaundryManager for Jumeirah Emirates Towers

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Follow and enforce Brand Standards, Quality Assurance Audit, and Service Delivery Standards within the Housekeeping Department.
• Maintain high personal appearance and hygiene standards according to Grooming Standards.
• Operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies regarding fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety.
• Provide proper training on chemical usage and maintain records of equipment maintenance and malfunction.
• Supervise guest laundry processes from collection to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Experienced laundry professional with over 3 years of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality and high-volume laundry operations.
• Strong leader with proven team management skills, focused on coaching, motivating, and developing team members.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.
• Skilled in problem-solving and project coordination, with the ability to identify operational improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and committed to driving operational excellence through creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
