Role Summary

Drive end-to-end strategy and execution for Tech Mahindra's flagship and new strategic initiatives.

Partner and collaborate with SBU/IBG / SL leaders to translate idea and strategy into pipeline, pitches, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Execution & Governance

• Own strategy narrative, opportunity sizing, and growth roadmap
• Shape Right to Win positioning and executive-level narratives
• Provide strategic direction to team members, ensuring clarity of ownership and execution.
• Own end-to-end delivery and business outcomes of strategic programs, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Establish and monitor dashboards, track pipeline and reports for leadership reporting
• Drive Sales / SBU workshops, cross functional engagement, and third-party partner assessment
• Prepare executive updates and leadership communication

Candidate Profile

• Experience:
• 8+ years of experience, preferably in IT Sales / Strategy / Program Management / Consulting
• Understanding the technology industry, digital and AI transformations, with strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams, and driving execution through influence
• Strong academic background with knowledge of financials, sales strategy and operations.
• Tools: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel; strong familiarity with AI tools like Copilot or any other LLM
• Attributes: Execution-oriented, strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills, ability to work in matrix organizations
