Role overview:
The firm is seeking a seasoned management consultant to lead high-impact strategy and transformation engagements, primarily with public sector entities in Saudi Arabia. The role requires high level of autonomy, including end-to-end project leadership, client management, and problem solving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex consulting engagements from scoping through delivery, owning day-to-day problem solving, work planning, and stakeholder management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client counterparts, building trust-based relationships and translating strategic agendas into actionable initiatives.
- Facilitate executive workshops, steering committee meetings, and working sessions to pressure-test recommendations and secure alignment.
Experience and qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, with a strong track record at a top-tier or reputable boutique firm.
- Proven ability to independently lead engagements, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver under pressure and ambiguity.
- Strong familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030, national programs, and sector-level transformation agendas.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver Clevel presentations and narrative-driven decks.
- Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred to engage effectively with Saudi stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Public Policy, or related field; a Master's degree or MBA from a recognized institution is preferred.
