Key Responsibilities:
• Assess current commercial and go-to-market processes across sales, bid management, operations, marketing, and customer engagement.
• Identify gaps impacting commercial performance, customer experience, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive cross-selling opportunities across business divisions.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and leadership interviews to identify operational pain points
• Develop actionable improvement roadmaps, maturity assessments, and transformation recommendations.
• Support implementation tracking, governance, and reporting of GTM improvement initiatives
• Recommend industry best practices to strengthen customer experience and commercial effectiveness.
