Job Overview:

The Manager Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Specialist is responsible for implementing and overseeing all NDT standards and inspection programs for Ain Dubai. The role ensures all inspection activities align with manufacturer manuals, local regulations, and internationally recognized standards, maximizing equipment uptime while minimizing operational costs. The position upholds the highest safety standards, maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures accurate documentation and tracking of all inspection activities.

In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Lead maintenance planning with a primary focus on NDT inspections and compliance with manufacturer and operational standards.
• Coordinate closely with manufacturers, vendors, inspection bodies, and third-party specialists to ensure procedural and safety compliance.
• Manage documentation, inspection records, certificates, and performance trackers to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
• Proactively identify technical issues, recommend improvements, and support spare-parts planning to maximize uptime.
• Ensure Operations and Technical teams are competent, safety-focused, and aligned with manufacturer specifications and park standards.
• Communicate promptly with the Technical Director on equipment failures impacting attraction availability.
• Support technical projects and contribute actively to the wider engineering team.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the NDT field.
• Certifications, training, and licenses in an engineering discipline. NDT Certification (PCN Level 2) in:
• PAUT/UT
• Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
• Penetrant Testing (PT)
• Visual Testing (VT)
• Extensive field experience as an NDT inspector.
• Strong technical engineering background.
• Proficiency in presenting findings and producing structured reports.
• Work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, and perform additional duties as required.
