Role Purpose
To drive organizational effectiveness and employee value creation by supporting HC initiatives, organizational development, and rewards programs, while ensuring high data accuracy, effective reporting, and seamless administrative support for all OD, Rewards, and Projects. This role combines OD & Rewards responsibilities with robust data management, analytics, and process support.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Organizational Development & Effectiveness
Assist in organizational structure and effectiveness initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Assist in change management initiatives, including restructuring, workforce optimization, and smooth transitions.
Workforce Planning & Analytics
Support workforce planning by consolidating employee data, analysing trends, and assisting in forecasting future talent needs.
Assist in budgeting and costing for human capital initiatives, assessing financial impact, and providing data-backed insights.
Develop accurate and timely reports to inform strategic decision-making and HC initiatives.
HC Transformation & Projects
Support HC transformation initiatives and strategic projects from planning to implementation.
Assist in HC system utilization, integration, and data accuracy, ensuring systems are up-to-date and reliable.
Contributes to process standardization and optimization across HC operations.
Compensation & Rewards
Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment with organizational policy.
Assist in offer reviews and ensure compliance with pay ranges and market benchmarks.
Maintain and update rewards data, including salary structures, allowances, and incentive programs.
Data Management & Administrative Support
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HC data across systems and reports.
Perform data cleansing, consolidation, and validation to support HC analytics and decision-making.
Generate reports and dashboards for OD, rewards, and workforce metrics.
Provide administrative support for HC programs, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
Standardization & Compliance
Support the development and implementation of SOPs, policies, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
o Ensure accurate record-keeping for audit readiness and internal compliance purposes.
Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are highly desirable.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a management role focused on OD, strategy, and projects.
Proven expertise in leading HR transformation initiatives, change management, and M&A integration.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgeting, costing, and produce insightful reports.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement HR strategies, policies, and SOPs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with experience reporting to executive leadership.
Knowledge of Hays job design methodology is an advantage.
