Job Description

About the Role

To lead the delivery, growth, and governance of Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions across Non-Telecom and Enterprise Business domains. Drive data-driven transformation initiatives, identify new business opportunities, manage a team of data scientists and AI specialists, and ensure successful implementation of analytics products that deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Partnership

Define and execute the AI & Analytics roadmap for Non-Telecom and Enterprise Business Units.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI, ML, GenAI, optimization, and advanced analytics solutions.
Translate business challenges into scalable analytical and AI use cases.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders and external partners.
Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across organizations.

AI & Analytics Delivery

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and analytics projects from ideation through deployment and value realization.
Manage development of:
Predictive Analytics Models
Customer Intelligence Solutions
Recommendation Engines
Forecasting Models
NLP and Generative AI Applications
Computer Vision Solutions
Optimization Models
Ensure deployment of production-grade AI solutions with measurable business outcomes.

Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of:
Data Scientists
AI Engineers
Machine Learning Engineers
Analytics Specialists
Define team objectives, performance metrics, and development plans.
Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Support recruitment and retention of top AI and analytics talent.

Stakeholder Management

Present insights, business cases, and AI strategies to executive leadership.
Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead workshops and executive briefings to showcase AI value realization.
Influence strategic business decisions through analytics-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field.
Master's degree in data science, AI, Analytics, or Business Administration is preferred.

Experience

6-8+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Digital Transformation.
Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership or people management role.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI and analytics projects.
Experience working with Enterprise Business, Financial Services, Retail, Government, Healthcare, Smart Cities, or other Non-Telecom sectors are highly preferred.

Desirable Qualifications
