Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Manager – Recruitment Solutions & Growth to lead the
expansion of a high-potential recruitment business vertical.
This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enterprise client acquisition, and product
positioning, while shaping the future of recruitment solutions in a competitive digital environment.
This is a growth and build mandate, suited for a leader who thrives in scaling businesses, winning large accounts, and delivering measurable commercial impact.
What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Growth Strategy & Revenue Ownership
• Define and execute the growth strategy for recruitment solutions
• Own and deliver ambitious revenue targets across subscriptions and advertising
• Identify and unlock new revenue streams and commercial opportunities
2. Enterprise Sales & Market Expansion
• Acquire and grow enterprise HR clients and strategic partnerships
• Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and HR leadership
• Expand market presence across key industries and high-value accounts
3. Product & Commercial Offering
• Shape and refine recruitment products, pricing models, and packages
• Ensure strong market positioning and competitive differentiation
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance performance
4. Leadership & Team Development
• Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team
• Establish clear KPIs, structure, and accountability frameworks
• Drive a performance culture focused on results and ownership
5. Performance & Optimization
• Track and optimize key metrics including revenue, client acquisition, retention, and yield per
client
• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve commercial outcomes
Who We're Looking For
• 8–12+ years in recruitment advertising, job boards, classified platforms, or staffing solutions
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets at scale
• Strong experience managing enterprise HR clients and complex sales cycles
• Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling commercial teams
• Highly commercial, strategic, and performance-driven
• Strong hunter mindset with the ability to close high-value deals
• GCC experience preferred
