Role Description This full-time, on-site Manager role is based in Al Asimah, Kuwait and is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the optometry practice. The Manager will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure that patient flow, appointment management, and front-desk procedures run efficiently. Key responsibilities include monitoring service quality, handling patient inquiries and escalations, managing inventory and retail displays, and supporting compliance with clinical and safety standards. The Manager will collaborate with optometrists and support staff to optimize patient experiences, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements. The role also involves basic financial oversight, such as assisting with budgeting, reviewing reports, and supporting revenue and cost-control initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare, retail, or clinic management, with the ability to oversee daily operations and staff performance.
- Strong skills in team leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling, records management, and use of practice management or point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle patient inquiries and provide clear information.
