Group Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk management is a Group Operational Risk function, independent of all business units. The unit is responsible for the oversight and management of Third-Party risk Governance framework, standards and identification, measurement, monitoring and reporting of group level Third Party risk exposure. The unit also supports the subsidiaries of the Group and overseas subsidiaries and branches in the implementation of Third-Party Risk governance framework, policy and standard.

Job Purpose:

The job holder is responsible for :

• Perform independent review and challenge of outsourcing and third-party arrangements, including materiality assessments, risk assessments, exit plans and regulatory submissions.
• Assess compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Group standards.
• Support regulatory submissions and notifications, including engagement with regulators when required.
• Support reporting for governance committees and senior management.
• Monitor the Bank's outsourcing and third-party risk profile, including concentration risk, emerging risks, and regulatory developments.
• Maintain oversight of outsourcing and third-party risk registers, metrics, KRIs, and management information.
• Provide advice and guidance to business and support functions on outsourcing and third-party risk requirements.
• Liaise with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Information Security, Data Privacy, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, and business units.
• Support the continuous enhancement of the Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management Framework, policies, standards, and procedures.
