Role Summary:

The Manager - Partnerships supports the Senior Manager - Business Development and Senior Director - Corporate Sales & Business Development in developing and implementing the Free Zone partnerships strategy.

The role manages and develops DMCC's partner ecosystem including consultants, Corporate Service Providers (CSPs), registered agents, law firms, professional advisors, and referral / multiplier channels through structured and ongoing engagement.

Working with the Senior Manager - Business Development and Senior Director - Corporate Sales & Business Development, the role supports coordination of partnership activities across the Free Zone to help ensure organizational partnerships are aligned and potential overlaps or conflicts are identified and appropriately managed.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationship with key potential partners (e.g. Business consultants, associations, law firms)
  • Communicate with consultant partners on a regular basis to determine their needs and address ongoing requests and requirements.
  • Ensure all partners are informed of the products and services Free Zone provides and the value propositions for them and their clients.
  • Monitor of partner account information updates on Salesforce, to facilitate client tracking.
  • Ensure regular meetings are held with all existing Partners and support them as and when necessary. Transparent updates of any changes and ensuring satisfaction levels are high.
  • Support in delivering Consultant engagement programs and awards, Training programs
  • Troubleshoot issues: Consolidate feedback provided by Partners to determine future opportunities for client service improvements ensuring relevant information is relayed within the function as well as to all other teams.
  • Ensure partner onboarding, agreements, incentive processing, reconciliation and reporting processes are correct, documented and adhered to.
  • Manage the partner-channel revenue and referral-registration targets; manage the engagement and incentive budget for return.
  • Design and run an ongoing engagement, enablement, communications and events programme that keeps partners active and productive.
  • Develop and performance-manage the team; maintain a clear split between relationship management and operations; build capability and succession.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related discipline. MBA preferred.
  • At least 8–10 years experience in partnerships, business development, channel or commercial management, including 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Track record of building and scaling a partner ecosystem.
  • Partnership and channel management in the UAE business environment, the company-formation ecosystem, commercial agreements, market analysis and Salesforce/CRM Systems.
  • Familiarity with Local Authority regulations is an advantage.
  • Strategic planning, leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, communication and presentation (English – Fluent proficiency), reporting and analytics.
  • Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strategic, results-oriented, commercially minded, diplomatic, decisive and collaborative.
