Manager - People & Organisation | MAF Retail | Head Office KSA
ROLE SUMMARY
Manager - People & Organisation is responsible for overseeing and managing the effective implementation of the country human capital strategy as well as human capital processes, programs and policies. The role holder is responsible for partnering with the Country Leadership team to build a high performing, lean and diverse organization, as well as an engaging and agile culture to drive a healthy and productive work environment.
ROLE PROFILE
- Develop and implement HC strategies in line with overall business and HC strategy.
- Build a high performing organisation by ensuring effective hiring, development, reward and retention of employees and deployment of talent management processes.
- Continuously review workforce deployment to ensure optimal organisation design and staff cost.
- Contribute to the implementation of all relevant HC projects-initiated by HC Center of Expertise and provide input based on business unit requirements.
- Partner with functional leaders on organization effectiveness and planning initiatives such as developing operating models, manpower planning and organizational structures.
- Ensure appropriate role profiles are in place and per guidelines.
- Partner with Total Rewards team to ensure roles are evaluated/graded correctly.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Head Office to recommend compensation and benefits structures in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and Human Capital vision.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Masters Degree is preferred.
- Professional HR Certification such as CIPR / SHRM is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of senior human capital leadership experience, ideally in a Retail industry or similar industry.
- Strategic thinking using employee insights and data to build relevant engagement strategies; translate these strategies into effective campaigns, programs and initiatives.
- Strategic perspective able to think about the human capital and organization objectives from the point of view of multiple functions/stakeholders.
