This is a full-time on-site role, located in Qesm El Maadi, for a Manager Performance Management. The Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance management processes, conducting performance appraisals, analyzing key performance indicators, and implementing strategies to enhance employee productivity. This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments to promote efficiency, growth, and alignment with organizational goals.

• Strong understanding of Performance Management and expertise in conducting Performance Appraisals
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Proficient Communication skills to clearly convey feedback and align teams with organizational objectives
• Basic knowledge of Finance to support performance-related goals and budgeting processes
• Leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on team development and effective goal-setting
• Proven experience in performance management or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
