Job Description

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Manager Planning – MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, technical coordination, and resource planning for large-scale MEP works across high-rise developments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage MEP planning activities for high-rise building projects
  • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, work programs, and progress reports
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure project timelines are achieved
  • Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Support technical coordination between MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines
  • Review BIM models, Revit models, and AutoCAD drawings for planning and coordination purposes
  • Prepare recovery plans, resource forecasts, and project performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with project milestones, client requirements, and company standards
  • Participate in project review meetings and provide planning-related technical support
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and planning records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies.
  • Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
  • Strong expertise in BIM Modeling and Revit.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
  • Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple project schedules and meet strict deadlines.
