Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Manager Planning – MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, technical coordination, and resource planning for large-scale MEP works across high-rise developments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage MEP planning activities for high-rise building projects
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, work programs, and progress reports
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure project timelines are achieved
- Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Support technical coordination between MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines
- Review BIM models, Revit models, and AutoCAD drawings for planning and coordination purposes
- Prepare recovery plans, resource forecasts, and project performance reports
- Ensure compliance with project milestones, client requirements, and company standards
- Participate in project review meetings and provide planning-related technical support
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and planning records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Strong expertise in BIM Modeling and Revit.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project schedules and meet strict deadlines.
