Manager PM Cleaning Services
The team works in real time to make sure the right people are in the right place airside and landside to meet demand. As our airports are the world's busiest, it's fast-paced and a real challenge. They see that the operational plan is followed, and issues are dealt with across terminals, regular operations, incidents, and crisis handling. The operation has to be industry-leading, and it always is.
What You'll Deliver
- You'll support the Senior Manager Cleaning Services by drafting/revising contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and process charts; conduct evaluations, tender interviews, KPI audits; manage service provider performance, disputes, and continuous improvements.
- You'll recommend and implement AI-driven, sustainable cleaning solutions to enhance services and guest experience; collaborate with stakeholders and providers to run trials, create business cases, improve standards, and drive operational excellence.
- You'll assist with budget preparation, monitor expenditures, recommend cost-saving initiatives, manage action plans, and ensure services stay within approved budgets and forecasts.
- You'll monitor guest feedback, ACI/ASQ scores, and reports to recommend improvements; ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements through robust procedures.
- You'll guide P&A Officers to achieve objectives through coaching, counseling, and empowerment; optimize team performance via communication, collaboration, and development; conduct training needs analysis to ensure completion of mandatory and job-related training.
What You Bring
- You'll be educated to a bachelor's degree level specialized in Business Administration/ Hospitality Management/Related.
- You'll have at least 5-7 years of experience in facility management.
- You'll have knowledge of best cleaning practices and soft services.
- You'll have the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
