Manager Product Management

About the Role

The Manager, Product Management is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and business performance across DKSH's healthcare product portfolio. This role is instrumental in shaping brand positioning and delivering commercial results through market insight, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined execution.

What You Will Deliver

• Develop brand strategies, business proposals, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans within allocated marketing budgets to achieve marketing and sales objectives
• Execute and manage promotional plans in accordance with planned timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenditure to maximize return on investment
• Analyze market trends and performance data to assess the effectiveness of tactical plans and support sustained brand growth
• Identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions, refining marketing activities based on feedback to maximize impact
• Monitor product performance and the external business environment, taking corrective action where required to meet business objectives
• Coordinate and communicate across departments including logistics, regulatory, and medical to ensure successful brand execution
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Economics, Business, Pharmacy, Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated track record of managing marketing projects within a Singapore-based pharmaceutical company
• Relevant work experience in Singapore
• Demonstrated understanding of clients industry, business landscape, and product portfolio
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and strategic planning
