Job Description

J O B S U M M A R Y:

At Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City, the Manager - Production will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events and

productions to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of event production, including

logistics, technical requirements, budgeting, and team coordination. The Manager will ensure seamless execution of events, maintaining

high-quality standards and aligning with the park's strategic objectives. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential

to deliver memorable and innovative productions that enhance the park's brand.

JOB-SPECIFIC:

Lead the end-to-end production process for events, including pre-production, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation.

Ensure all events and productions align with the park's brand standards, objectives, and guest experience goals.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and conduct regular check-ins to maintain project timelines and team productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Corporate Alliances, to align event production

with broader park initiatives.

Develop and manage event production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

Monitor expenses, track financial performance, and report on budget variances to senior leadership.

Source, select, and manage relationships with external vendors, including AV specialists, stage designers, and equipment

suppliers.

Oversee vendor deliverables and ensure all services meet contractual agreements and quality expectations.

Act as the primary point of contact for production partners during event execution.

Introduce creative and innovative production techniques to enhance the park's events and guest experiences.

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all aspects of event production meet or exceed standards.

Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new technologies into the production process.

Ensure all productions adhere to safety standards and regulations, coordinating with the Safety and Operations teams.

Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate potential production issues.

Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare detailed reports on production outcomes, budget adherence, and guest satisfaction.

Use insights to refine processes and enhance future productions.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Production, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

3-6+ years of experience in event production, technical production, or a related field. preferably in theme parks or

entertainment Industry

Skills:

Exceptional project management skills, ensuring the seamless execution of complex productions.

Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering collaboration and productivity.

Budgeting and financial management expertise, with the ability to optimize resources and control costs.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Creative problem-solving capabilities, addressing challenges with innovative solutions.

Proficiency in production tools and software, such as CAD, event planning platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality execution across all aspects of event production.

Understanding of technical production elements, including AV, lighting, and staging.

Knowledge of safety and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to regulations and protocols.
