Overview
The Manager – Project Controls is responsible for overseeing integrated planning, scheduling, cost control and performance monitoring across all contracts, ensuring alignment with program objectives and supporting informed decision-making by the Employer.
Your role
- Monitor contractor schedules, progress and milestones, ensuring alignment with approved plans and program timelines.
- Oversee cost control, forecasting and budget tracking across multiple contracts and work streams.
- Validate contractor reporting, ensuring accuracy of progress, cost and performance data.
- Identify schedule delays, cost risks and performance deviations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Provide integrated dashboards, reporting and strategic insights to support Employer decision-making.
About You
- Minimum 7+ years experience in project controls, planning, cost control or program management in infrastructure / transport projects.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling tools (Primavera / MS Project), cost control systems and reporting frameworks.
- Experience working in multi-contract or PMC environments.
- Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder coordination skills.
