Project Manager | PMO
Are you an experienced
Project Manager with a strong engineering background and a passion for delivering complex projects from concept to completion.
We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with customer requirements, budget objectives, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, execution, and project closure.
- Develop project proposals, schedules, risk assessments, and implementation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Manage project risks, contracts, suppliers, and customer relationships.
- Monitor performance, quality, compliance, and project deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, IT, Aerospace, Chemical, or equivalent).
- Project Management certification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of engineering project management experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in project delivery, feasibility analysis, risk management, stakeholder management, and contract administration.
- Experience within defense, engineering, technology, or complex industrial environments is an advantage.
