About the Job

The Recreation Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of all recreational facilities and activities within the hotel or resort, including swimming pools, beach areas, fitness center, kids club, water sports, and other leisure facilities. This role ensures exceptional guest experience, maintains the highest safety standards, and drives revenue opportunities while managing the recreation team effectively.

About You

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Recreation Management, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR, or pool operations certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recreation or leisure management within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional guest service orientation.
• Knowledge of recreation operations, pool safety, and leisure programming.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
