Job Title: Manager Regulatory Compliance (UAEN)
Reporting To: VP Head of Regulatory Compliance
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Manager Regulatory Compliance to support bank-wide compliance reviews and ensure products, processes, and activities align with regulatory requirements. The role involves regulatory risk assessment, advisory, and coordination with internal stakeholders and regulators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and review regulatory compliance for new and existing products, processes, and activities
- Identify compliance risks and evaluate effectiveness of existing controls
- Manage and execute compliance review programs and report key observations
- Liaise with regulators for clarifications, approvals, and directives
- Maintain regulatory obligations register and ensure timely dissemination
- Review and update governance-related policies in line with regulatory changes
- Support the Head of Regulatory Compliance in managing the compliance team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Audit, Compliance, Risk, or related fields
- 68 years of banking experience with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and stakeholder management
