About Madinat Jumeirah

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant Reservations Manager to join Madinat Jumeirah Resort.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Oversee the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performances as per Central Reservations KPI objectives.
  • Work closely with hotel reservation teams to maximize revenue opportunities and reduce operational inefficiencies.
  • Monitor and follow up on guest complaints, ensuring relevant solutions are provided by coordinating with other departments.
  • Oversee all aspects of people management, including development, target setting, reviews, and performance.
  • Manage and optimise reservations platforms (e.g. SevenRooms) and related F&B systems.
  • Complete monthly KPI reporting to the Director of Reservations - Global Contact Centre.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 6 - 8 years of experience as Restaurant and/or Rooms Reservations Manager or similar role in hospitality.
  • Bachelor's / Diploma Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or another relevant field.
  • Experience with Hospitality systems such as SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar
  • Qualification in Revenue Management is desirable.
