Role Description

Sweven Realty is seeking a full-time Manager Sales - Off Plan to join our professional team on-site in Dubai. The role involves overseeing sales operations, managing client relationships, and developing business opportunities with a focus on off-plan properties. The Manager will utilize their expertise to identify investment opportunities, lead negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with our team to achieve business goals and meet organizational sales targets is an integral part of this position.

Qualifications

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in off-plan property sales
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and high levels of productivity
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and client preferences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of property listings, ensuring high-quality marketing materials and accurate property information
  • Provide guidance and support to agents in negotiating deals, closing transactions, and handling client inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support overall business objectives and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market, with a focus on off-plan sales
  • At least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience in a real estate environment
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as required
