Job Description
As a Manager Search Marketing, you will lead the integration of SEM and SEO strategies to drive quality website traffic and maximise the ROI of search budgets, as well as manage transparent processes and frameworks to foster cross-functional collaboration between technical, content and marketing teams. The position will also ensure that Qatar Airways develops innovative approaches to leverage the latest search technologies and stay ahead of the changing search landscape.
Key Accountabilities Include
Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company's SEM and SEO strategies to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals, and staying updated on industry trends to implement best practices for maximum impact
Leverage external partners and technologies to maximise QR's visibility in search engine results
Build frameworks to maximize the ROI of the search marketing budget
Fosters collaboration between technical, content and marketing teams to improve communication and synergy, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and objectives are met
Develop key partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise the search visibility of QR.com Manage a cross-functional team of SEM and SEO specialists. This role involves guiding their strategies, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring effective collaboration among team members.

We are hiring for an experienced professional to join our Digital team.
Essential
At least 8 years of experience in managing either SEM or SEO campaigns
Experience in integrating SEO and SEM strategies
Understanding of AI based search technologies
Experience managing a cross-functional team of specialists
Experience in developing digital marketing strategies
Strong data analysis and presentation skills
Experience Working In An E-commerce Business Preferred
Experience in the travel or aviation industry
Successful track record in contributing to improved SEO rankings
Experience in managing paid search campaigns to drive ROI
Experience building SEM/SEO testing and reporting frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management skills to leverage cross-functional collaboration
