Job Summary
The role is responsible to lead the development and execution of category strategies across key spend areas within the Energy and Facilities Management portfolio. The role is responsible for delivering value, driving standardisation, managing supplier performance, and ensuring procurement excellence across multiple countries, while aligning with business objectives and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year category strategies aligned to business needs
- Apply structured methodologies such as Kraljic and TCO to analyse the vendor base
- Identify cost optimisation and standardisation opportunities across the region
- Lead the end-to-end sourcing (S2C) cycle
- Manage the control and execution of the tender cycle and documentation in order to obtain and evaluate competing bids from suppliers/vendors to source optimal terms and conditions for supplies and services in compliance with approved standards and policies
- Manage the design of contract development and management policies, processes and procedures in collaboration with Legal and Compliance department to ensure that Enova's contracts maintain the best interests of the organization
- Deliver measurable savings and value
- Ensure the Supplier Relationship Management program is conducted for all category management suppliers
- Manage strategic supplier partnerships
- Implement KPIs, SLAs, and performance reviews with qualified and strategic suppliers back to back with clients
- Drive innovation and ESG improvements with suppliers
- Act as procurement partner across countries
- Align with operations, engineering, and finance
- Drive regional standardisation where possible for suppliers with regional coverage
- Ensure robust contracts and business continuity are in place with suppliers
- Mitigate identified supply chain risks
- Support contingency planning for risk identified
- Track savings achieved for categories (ESP vs GEP)
- Monitor KPIs and provide leadership insights
- Integrate ESG into category management strategies
- Support CO2 reduction initiatives aligned to Veolia
- Ensure governance and compliance adherence

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate with Bachelors from any reputable university/ institution majors in Supply chain and Procurement management
Minimum Experience
- 8-10years of experience within procurement and contracts environment
Job Specific Skills
- Experience in Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the facilities management or energy industry.
- Demonstrated experience in international purchasing, with knowledge of markets and suppliers in Europe, Asia, Gulf countries
- High capacity to contribute to successful work.
