Job Description

Overview

Lead the execution of CPX's strategic initiatives across multiple focus areas: Foundations, Growth, Margin, and Expansion. This role ensures timely delivery of high-impact projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and driving accountability. The Manager acts as the central orchestrator, working closely with business unit heads to translate strategic plans into tangible outcomes. Where possible, the role will also contribute directly to the development of deliverables (e.g., frameworks, playbooks, business cases) to accelerate execution.

Responsibilities

Program Ownership & Delivery

  • Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives, including:
    • Foundations: Standardized offerings, productization, commercial operating model redesign, rate card development.
    • Growth: Renewal excellence, cross-sell & upsell campaigns, lead generation via commercial war rooms.
    • Margin: Delivery model optimization, vendor portfolio consolidation, contracting excellence.
    • Expansion: International market entry strategy, M&A readiness, strategic technology partnerships.
  • Develop detailed execution roadmaps, timelines, and milestones for each initiative.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Strategy, Product, Commercial, Cyber Defense, Marketing & Comms, Finance, HR, and Legal.
  • Facilitate alignment meetings and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Escalate blockers and propose solutions to leadership.

Governance & Reporting

  • Establish initiative-level governance (cadence, dashboards, KPIs).
  • Prepare regular progress reports for Leadership Team and ExCom.
  • Track initiative performance against defined success metrics.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8 years of experience in strategy execution, PMO, or transformation roles.
  • Prior consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or technology services is a plus.
  • PMP or similar certification desirable.
