Manager - Strategy, DIFC Innovation Hub (UAE Nationals)

Job Purpose

The Strategy Manager will drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the DIFC Innovation Hub, ensuring alignment with DIFC's long-term vision and global positioning. The role combines strategic planning, market intelligence, and execution oversight to support sustained ecosystem growth and innovation leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Planning

• Support the development and refinement of DIFC Innovation Hub's strategy and growth roadmap
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
• Align Innovation Hub initiatives with DIFC's broader objectives and Dubai's innovation agenda

Strategic Initiative Execution

• Lead and coordinate high-priority strategic projects from design through execution
• Track performance against milestones, KPIs, and deliverables
• Identify risks and dependencies, and drive timely resolution

Ecosystem Strategy & Positioning

• Define and strengthen DIFC Innovation Hub's value proposition and global positioning
• Benchmark against leading international innovation hubs
• Ensure alignment between strategy, ecosystem development, and partnerships

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Development

• Conduct research on fintech, innovation ecosystems, and emerging technologies
• Monitor global trends and competitive landscape
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives

Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership

• Engage internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment on strategic priorities
• Support leadership with insights, presentations, and decision-making materials
• Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality outputs and delivery

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

Relevant Experience:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• At least 1 year progressive leadership responsibility in an organization of similar scope and size

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Strategy, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
