As the Manager – Strategy for Noon Minutes, you will own the business performance levers of pricing strategy and overall profitability, ensuring the platform grows profitably and competitively.
Strategy & Business Performance
- Lead special projects mandated by leadership - market entry economics, category expansion, cost transformation, and operational efficiency
- Identify whitespace opportunities for step-change profitability improvements and build consensus to act on them
- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Growth, and Operations to drive profitability
- Establish governance frameworks that anticipate risk and surface inflection points
- Lead strategic reviews that translate P&L signals into clear priorities for the business
- Own end-to-end P&L governance — tracking revenue, margins, and cost drivers
- Lead structured Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for any deviations in P&L metrics, translating findings into clear, actionable interventions
Pricing Strategy
- Define the pricing strategy for Noon Minutes, balancing customer value, competitive positioning, and platform profitability
- Drive insight-led pricing decisions through deep category analysis to unlock GMV growth and improve unit economics
- Partner with Product and Tech to build scalable pricing systems to optimize for GMV, Margins and operational efficiency
What you'll need:
- 2–4 years of experience in a business, commercial, or category management role — preferably in e-commerce, quick commerce, or FMCG.
- Strong analytical mindset; highly comfortable working with large datasets, dashboards, and building business cases from scratch.
- Ability to run structured RCAs and translate ambiguous data signals into clear business decisions
- Strong stakeholder management skills — equally comfortable working with category managers, finance, supply chain, and tech teams.
